DA LAT FLOWERS FESTIVAL 2019
1. The theme of the Dalat Flower Festival 2019:
With the theme “Da Lat flowers – a miraculous crystallization from the good land,” Dalat Flowers Festival aims to honor the value of the flower industry and the tourism of Da Lat – Lam Dong. Miss World Vietnam Luong Thuy Linh is the ambassador for this year’s flower festival.
2. The Da Lat Flower Festival space 2019
Dalat Flower Festival is a big festival event to honor the flowers and floriculture of Dalat, which is held every two years at the end of December. It is the time when Dalat City has the best weather of the year.
Dalat Flower Festival 2019 is an opportunity for this city to display local vegetables, flowers, ornamental plants, as well as to honor flowers from many regions of the country together with some other countries to attract tourists and promote the city’s economy.
3. Content of the Dalat Flower Festival 2019

• Time: 05 days, from December 20, 2019 (Friday) – December 24, 2019 (Tuesday).
• Festival space: Da Lat city, Bao Loc city, and some localities in the province.
There are 15 main programs in Dalat Flower Festival 2019:
* Opening program of Dalat Flower Festival
– Time: 20:00 on December 20, 2019
– Place: Lam Vien Square, Da Lat City
– Content of the program: Opening ceremony, unique art program which is broadcasted live on Vietnam television station VTV.
* Dalat Wine Night
– Art program “Love About The Cold Land.”
– Time: 20:00, December 22, 2019
– Place: Lam Vien Square, Da Lat City
– Content of the program: Dalat Wine festival and Music performance.
* Ao Dai – Silk Fashion Week
– Time: From December 20, 2019, to December 24, 2019
– Fashion show night: 20:00 on December 24, 2019
– Venue: Dalat Palace Golf Club
– Content of the program: Vietnamese Ao Dai – Silk fashion show.
* Fashion art program “Charming Vietnam”
– Time: 20:00 on December 21, 2019
– Place: Lam Vien Square, Da Lat City
– Organization: Dancing – Fashion
* Festival night “Da Lat – A miraculous crystallization from good land”
-Time: 19:00 on December 22, 2019
– Location: Lam Vien square, Da Lat city
– Content: Introducing and promoting the brand “Da Lat – A miraculous crystallization from the good land”, honoring the trademark of Da Lat agricultural products for vegetable, flower, coffee, tea products and tourism in agriculture, honoring the high-tech agricultural producer in Da Lat – Lam Dong, and the music and dance program “The colors of flowers in fog”.
In addition to the flower exhibition, the event also has many other exciting activities, such as Bonsai exhibition, Vietnam – Korea Art and Cultural Exchange Program, Journey of architectural heritage exhibition, Lam Dong tea, and silk culture week; Paragliding performance.
Dalat Flower Festival 2019 is expected to welcome about 300,000 visitors. At the end of the five main days of the festival, the miniatures will be kept to serve visitors until January 1, 2020.
